Excited to read about your adventures in redefining church. As a huge McLaren and Rob Bell fan, (and sister to Mary Lynn Moore who keeps me abreast of your ‘happenings’ I wish there was something like this in Fort Wayne.

Thanks for sharing these two stories. I have seen a lot of this going on at a lot of levels in different places of education. I work at a middle school for two periods everyday doing AVID tutoring and it is always surprising what the kids will say next. They don’t realize that the joking around is, in many ways, quite serious.

I am excited that I stumbled across your blog. I am always interested to hear how different people are doing church. I agree that church is not something to be manufactured. It is hard to sometimes just “let it be,” but it is worthwhile to see the trees that grow as a result.
